AUZODOL-PLUS Tablet is a combination medicine containing Nimesulide and Paracetamol. It is primarily used to relieve mild to moderate pain and reduce inflammation and fever. It is effective in treating conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, muscle pain, dental pain, back pain, ear pain, throat pain, headache, mild migraines, dysmenorrhea (menstrual pain), and other similar painful conditions.

Composition and Mechanism

• Nimesulide: A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces inflammation and pain by blocking the effect of prostaglandins.

• Paracetamol: A pain reliever and fever reducer that works by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis and acting on the brain’s temperature regulation center.
